Task Board
Task Board is the internal task delegation app of Automation Controls, Nagpur, India. Team members use it to give tasks to each other, reply, share photos and close tasks when they are done.
Who can use it
Task Board is not a public service. Only people whose e-mail address is listed in the company's own staff list can sign in. Anyone else is refused, even after signing in with Google.
How sign-in works
- Sign in with Google: Task Board asks Google only for your e-mail address, to check it against the staff list.
- Or sign in with a code: a 6-digit code is sent to the WhatsApp number and e-mail address recorded for you in the staff list.
What it does
- Lists the tasks given to you (To Do) and the tasks you gave (Delegated Task).
- Replies, photos, "Task Completed" and "Waiting for Delegator" for each task.
- WhatsApp notifications to the people involved in a task.
